Overcome physical limitations and psychological obstacles, both in the dance studio and out in life.

Dance and movement will develop the body's ability to adapt, and by playing with physically challenging tasks, we can develop a mentality for problem-solving. Thorugh movement and musicality, we focus on creating a better understanding and potential for bodily expression.

Classes for groups or individuals:

  • Professional dancers, dance students and people interested in dance/movement - with or without dance experience. Classes can have a centre of attention towards technique, improvisation and/or choreographic work.
  • Actors wanting to develop body awareness and a bigger range of bodily expression and stage presence.
  • Athletes or laymen searching to improve movement technique and anatomical condition.
